We consider packaging business is important and hence government has taken initiative under its special schemes of the development. Government has started many set ups under initiative development foundations. There are few factories/companies and government laboratories (under IIP) are available in India in same segment under same certification. Brainchamber has introduced this segment under the 100% EoU policies to remain long term and sustainable initiative.
We want to bring transparency in FIBC manufacturing work policies and systems. We work as a trusted back office on behalf of the customer for all matters regarding to FIBC. The basic motive behind this initiative is to maintain trust and equilibrium amongst Indian FIBC manufacturers and suppliers. Today the clients/customers don’t know how they are wasting their money through their every procurement. FIBC inspection system avoids malpractices and leakages per delivery/procurement. We inspect test reports sent by the manufacturer as per customer’s requirements. We provide services to;improve manufacturing process, cross check offers, current raw material positions and costing, quality parameters, plant visits, other internal verification/inspection, costing parameters and effective dispatch schedules. Every time we find new costing and dealings. We create note of every bag dispatch and sample. Our strength lies in database and experience. We have successfully maintained database of many customers and manufacturers. Our quotation and guidance remains as a benchmark in this industry.
The Export Oriented Units (EOUs) scheme, introduced in early 1981, is complementary to the SEZ (Special Economic Zone) scheme of Government of India. It adopts the same production regime but offers a wide option in locations with reference to factors like source of raw materials, ports of export, hinterland facilities, availability of technological skills, existence of an industrial base and the need for a larger area of land for the project. However, it should be noted that in case of large cities where the population is more than one million, such as Bangalore and Cochin, the proposed location should be at least 25 km away from the Standard Urban Area limits of that city unless, it is to be located in an area designated as an "industrial area" before the 25th July, 1991. Non-polluting EOUs such as electronics, computer software and printing are exempt from such restriction while choosing the area.
Apart from local zonal office and state government, setting up of an EOU is also strictly guided by the environmental rules and regulations. Therefore, an even if the EOU unit has fulfilled all locational policy but not suitable from environmental point of view then the Ministry of Environment, Government of India has right to cancel the proposal. In such situation industrialist would be required to abide by that decision.
